Now and again we hear or read about the most famous people in the world, also called celebrities. The increase in the number of celebrities in acting and music is due, to a greater extent, to the media industries highlighting celebrities' lives andprofessional achievements and enabling them to be viewed more often and in diverse places. Talent, fame and not much education would be sufficient to make you a star with a huge back account. Very often, talent has nothing to do with how much a star deserves, should earn or profit from a film or album. There are thousands of unknown talented performers who are, obviously, better than many of the big stars we admire and talk about. Still, their names would appear in small print, if printed. The hottest and most gifted figures in the business earn millions per film or album. The Hottest denotes they are in demand. The Most gifted meandthey are the best in showbiz, because they have displayed a first class. Being in the public eye, they set patterns of behaviour for ordinary people. Frequently they set a negative conduct pattern for people. In fact, the impact that celebs have on ordinary people is colossal. Many young ladies do their utmost to look like celebs and starve to death. People try to emulate celebrities, which often leads to substance addiction, outrageous behaviour and misdemeanours. They often find their lives dull and uneventful compared with celebrities' and try to conduct the way they do to spice up their lives. Celebrities' heute couture dresses and costumes, jewels, perfect tan and makeup make the average person feel humble, which leads to the inferiority complex. Nevertheless, some celebrities set a positive conduct pattern by donating money to neglected and abused people, raising money for charity, helping sick children and the elderly, promoting a healthy spirit-panache among children and teenagers. We should not idealize celebrities, since they have both positive and negative qualities of character, and are imperfect, too.
